REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Payment & Booking Confirmation

Full payment is required at the time of booking.
A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
All bookings are confirmed manually, and a confirmation email will be sent once your place is secured.

2. Customer Cancellations

Due to the nature of our events, which are carefully planned, limited in size, and arranged in advance:
Tickets are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend for any reason, no refund will be issued.
This applies regardless of notice period.
This policy is in place due to venue hire, insurance, staffing, and operational costs being committed in advance.

3. Transfers & Name Changes

Tickets are non-transferable.
Name changes and ticket transfers to other people or events are not permitted.
All bookings are tied to the original purchaser to allow us to accurately manage guest lists, waivers, safety requirements, and venue conditions.

4. Event Cancellations by Haunt Hunters

If we need to cancel an event for any reason, including (but not limited to) venue issues, low attendance, illness, or circumstances beyond our control:
You will be offered either:
- a full refund, or
- a transfer to a rescheduled or future Haunt Hunters investigation.
No additional fees will be charged.

5. Changes to Events

We reserve the right to make minor changes to timings, equipment use, group sizes, or arrangements where necessary for safety or operational reasons.
Minor changes do not qualify for a refund.

6. Behaviour & Removal

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful to others, staff, or the venue.
In such cases, no refund or transfer will be issued.

7. No-Shows

Failure to attend without prior notice will be treated as a no-show.
No refunds or transfers will be given.

8. Force Majeure

We cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Extreme weather
- Venue closures
- Government restrictions
- Emergencies
Where possible, we will always aim to reschedule or offer a transfer.

9. Acceptance of Policy

By completing payment and confirming your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
