By confirming payment, guests acknowledge and accept the following booking, cancellation, transfer, and attendance policies.
payment & booking confirmation
Full payment is required at the time of bookingA booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.All bookings are confirmed manually, and a confirmation email will be sent once your place has been secured.
customer cancellations & no shows
Due to the nature of our events, which are carefully planned, limited in size, and arranged in advance, tickets are non-refundable.If you are unable to attend for any reason, no refund will be issued.This applies regardless of notice period.Failure to attend without prior notice will be treated as a no-showNo refunds or transfers will be given for no-shows
transfers, name changes & amendments
Tickets are non-transferable.Name changes and ticket transfers to other people or events are not permitted without consent from Haunt Hunters.All bookings are tied to the original purchaser to allow us to accurately manage guest lists, waivers, safety requirements, and venue conditions.We reserve the right to make minor changes to timings, equipment use, group sizes, or arrangements where necessary for safety or operational reasons.Minor changes do not qualify for a refund.
event changes or cancellations by haunt hunters
If we need to cancel an event for any reason, including (but not limited to) venue issues, low attendance, illness, or circumstances beyond our control:You will be offered either a full refund, orA transfer to a rescheduled or future Haunt Hunters investigation.
No additional fees will be charges.We will always aim to reschedule or offer a transfer when possible.
behaviour, removal & force majeure
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful to others, staff, or the venue.In such cases, no refund or transfer will be issued.We cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, venue closures, government restrictions, or emergencies.Where possible, we will always aim to reschedule or offer a transfer.
