By booking and attending a paranormal investigation with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the information below.

Your Safety & Wellbeing

Our investigations take place at night and often in older or historic buildings. These locations may include uneven floors, stairs, low lighting, narrow spaces, or areas with limited accessibility.

By attending, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for your own physical and mental wellbeing during the event

You are fit and able to take part in light walking and standing for extended periods

You will wear suitable clothing and footwear for the environment If you have any health concerns or accessibility requirements, please contact us before booking so we can advise whether the venue is suitable.

Participation & Personal Responsibility

All guests attend voluntarily and do so at their own risk.

While we take reasonable steps to ensure investigations are run safely, paranormal investigations involve natural risks associated with low-light environments and historic buildings.

We cannot accept responsibility for:

A lack of paranormal activity does not qualify for a refund

Behaviour & Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, all guests must:

Treat fellow guests, team members, the venue, and the investigation with respect

Follow all instructions given by the investigation team

Refrain from running, shouting, provoking, or unsafe behaviour

Not attend under the influence of drugs or alcohol

Anyone behaving in a way that is unsafe or disruptive may be asked to leave without refund.

All events are 18+ only unless otherwise stated.

Photography, Video & Audio Recording

Photography, video, and audio recording may take place during investigations for promotional and documentation purposes.

By attending, you acknowledge that:

You may appear incidentally in group footage

Content may be used on our website or social media

If you prefer not to appear in promotional material, please let a team member know on arrival.

Cancellations & Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us. Failure to attend or dissatisfaction with the experience does not qualify for a refund. Please refer to our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Venue Rules
