By purchasing, booking, or attending a Haunt Hunters event, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Haunt Hunters.
sAFETY & PARTICIPATION
Our investigations take place in older or historic buildings that may include uneven floors, stairs, low lighting, narrow spaces, or areas with limited accessibility. You are responsible for your own physical and mental wellbeing during the event. You attend and participate at your own risk.
guest conduct
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, all guests must treat fellow guests, team members, the venue and property with respect. Follow all instructions from the investigation team and refrain from running, shouting, provoking, or any behaviour that may disrupt the event. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for drugs, alcohol, or disruptive behaviour.
age restrictions & id
All events are 18+ only unless otherwise stated. Valid photo ID may be required on arrival. Haunt Hunters reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who does not meet the age requirement.
MEDIA CONSENT
During events, photographs, video and audio recordings may be taken for promotional and documentation purposes. By attending, you agree that you may appear in group footage or images used on our website, social media or marketing materials. If you prefer not to appear in content, please inform a team member on arrival.
refunds, late arrival & transfers
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us. Failure to attend, late arrival, or leaving early does not qualify for a refund. Tickets may be transferred to another date or event at our discretion. Transfers are not guaranteed and may not be possible for sold-out events or short notice requests.
LIABILITY & LEGAL TERMS
Haunt Hunters and its team are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense suffered as a result of attending our events, except where caused by our negligence. Guests attend entirely at their own risk and are responsible for their own actions and belongings at all times.thank you for choosing haunt hunters
