Hidden just feet from the sea, its walls hold decades of Britain’s most disturbing criminal history — stories of violence, tragedy, obsession, and lives forever changed.
Within its confined corridors sits an extensive archive of real murder cases, unsolved investigations, forensic evidence, and criminal artefacts that many find difficult to stand beside for long.
This is not a place built for comfort.
Many describe the atmosphere as oppressive, claustrophobic… and strangely draining.
Even in silence, it feels as though something lingers.
